The first restaurant- bar in the Netherlands, whose recipes and beverages are based primarily on avocados is a fact. It is based in Amsterdam and its phenomenal popularity has made it one of the city's most popular places.
The bar provides with space for any bar convenience following a compact, yet highly efficient set-up. The back-bar is designed to host a coffee machine, a coffee grinder and two professional blenders on top, and two hospitality fridges below. The front-bar hosts a highly efficient cocktail station that incorporates a hospitality dishwasher. A cabinet was designed alongside the bar, in order to host glasses and various restaurant necessities. The materials of the whole are kept fresh and natural with dominant oak strips in their natural colour, stainless steel for the bar station, white Bianco Carrara marble on the tops and brass finish baseboards.
